2. You don’t believe in yourself

What you believe in is the basis of everything in life. The most amazing achievements would never have happened without the mindset.

If you lack self-confidence, you will undermine your own efforts and continue to fail. Failing will continue taking away your confidence, and the vicious cycle of negative thinking will remain to ruin your life. So be conscious of your thoughts and work towards identifying the core beliefs, or the fundamental thoughts that are holding you back.

Try to analyze all the thoughts you have. Once you do it, the negative views will become weaker, and your confidence will grow stronger. Meditation is a great practice to make room in your mind for a positive outlook.

3. You’re a quitter

Value things in life never come easy. There are people in the world who do incredible things. How do they do it? The answer is simple. Such people never give up. No matter what. Even when everything and everyone is against them, they persist.

If you never finish what you start, instead, you just jump from one thing to the next hoping that things will become easier, you’re bound to fail. And if you’re committed to what you’re doing, you’ll ultimately turn all your failures into opportunities for growth.
